Package tiers
All managed agent flavors are available in three service tiers: Lean, Standard, and Enhanced. These tiers are designed to match the level of support, hosting coverage, and operational involvement your team needs. Each package includes a fixed one-time setup fee and monthly managed hosting and support.
What is not included
Model and third-party API usage are billed separately through your providers. ATC Tech manages the hosted environment, deployment, and support around the system, while you retain control of your model and API accounts.
